You can copy documents from one Lotus Notes application to another. For example, you could copy a document from one teamroom and paste it into another.

Note: If you copy a document into an application that doesn't share the same form as the document you are copying, the default form in the new application is used to display the copied document content. If the default form or view does not have some or all the same fields, you may have trouble reading the information in the document.

1. Select the one or more documents to copy.
2. Click Edit > Copy (or Edit > Cut to remove the document).
3. Open the target application, and then Edit > Paste.
